Pricing and Fees

Special Notes: The caterer will provide elegant white disposable plates w/ silver trim, napkins and utensils. We use local farmers and organic products. Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten free options are available.

Payment Policy: All payments must be made before the event date or day services are rendered. *Please be advised due to commodity and fluctuating food costs ALL pricing subject to change until the contract is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy: Events canceled within 7 days will be subject to a 100% charge on food costs, including events canceled due to weather.

Fees: 20% Administrative Fee includes but is not limited to menu planning phone calls, in-person meetings, buffet table set up, standard food tent cards, elegant disposable settings, travel distance to and from the event, and all equipment needed to execute serving.
